Hey y’all, I’m Katelyn! I am happily married with two young boys who keep me on my toes at all times. Love a good summer beach trip but also enjoy spending weekends at our little cabin in the mountains of West Virginia making memories as a family of 4 plus our German Short Haired Pointer, Cope. I love everything about planning events, from my own children’s birthday parties to helping the bride and groom ensure their big day is exactly how they envisioned it with all their unique details. Being behind the scenes on wedding days is such a great feeling because you get to take care of each couple and know they have absolutely nothing to worry about and relieve stress on their big day!

Junior Associate Coordinator

Hi guys! My name is Malinka but you can call me Link 🙂 when I’m not helping out on making your special day absolutely amazing, I’m out here fighting fires one burnt food stove at a time . As for hobbies, you can catch me at the gym or playing beach volleyball! Most importantly, I view and cherish LOVE as the closest thing we as humans have to magic, so to have the privilege of being part of and seeing those special moments and memories happen between two ppl and their loved ones is beyond incredible. Hope to have the chance of working with you and assisting in any way I can to make your day run smoothly and with ease. I absolutely love going to sports games in different cities, traveling to experience all the different cultures this world has to offer, spontaneous adventures anddddd I was a bartender for 3 years so if you want any suggestions or tips…let’s talk alcohol!

Junior Assistant

Working for Petals and Lace Events has brought so much extra positivity to my life! It’s an absolute joy working for a wonderful person such as Karla and a company that provides everlasting beautiful memories.
During the week you’ll find me taking the stage as a circle time rock star in my preschool classroom! You can often catch the littles and I vibing to songs from Snoop Dog’s children’s show Doggyland.
My passion for teaching, creativity, and willingness to go the extra mile transpires into the work I do for every Petals and Lace Event that I have the honor of working. Above all else, everything I do is full of heart! Creating a memorable experience and bringing smiles to the people around me makes my heart hum and that’s what I aim to do for you on your big day.
On the weekends, it’s time to let the hair down and break out the adventure gear! You’ll find me hiking peaks, kayaking the river, hunting, fishing and just about anything else I can do to get down and dirty! (Don’t worry, I clean up well for working events!) Adventures and life experiences makes us who we are, and I’m honored to be apart of your wedding adventure and making all your dreams come true! Cheers to you!
